EFFORTLESS CHIC - Fighting Eel's right-hand gal, Kerrie Inouye was on her way out from Starbuck's late yesterday afternoon, when I had to stop her in her tracks. Gold watch, Michael Kors (she can't leave home without it!) and bag, Prorsum collection, Burberry.
